The American Criminal Law Review is the nation’s premier journal of legal legislation. Whoever steals, seizes guns, ammunition, and explosive articles is to be sentenced to not less than three years and no more than ten years of fastened-time period imprisonment; when the circumstances are severe, to not less than ten years of fixed-term imprisonment, life imprisonment, or demise penalty.
